I made this strawberry bavarois at college. To make it you make a basic creme anglaise and you add gelatine, strawberry puree and slightly whipped cream. I decorated it with bubble sugar, red berries and a mint leaf. I also served it with a quenelle of creme chantilly.
This is a chocolate cake I made for my dads birthday. To make the chocolate fishes and hearts I put melted chocolate into moulds and let it set in a fridge and stuck them on using melted chocolate
